NINEMINMAX ® mETHODOLOGY

In our NineMinMax ® Business Yoga and Conference Yoga we use Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He shared many teachings on how to be a happy, healthy and holy person. When I came across the Nine Minute Meditations, I made it my mission to share these with the business world. All you need to do to recharge, renew and rejuvenate yourself, is three simple exercises of each 3 minutes. That’s why we say: “Go nine minutes to your max and you can totally relax”. 

Just 9 minutes a day

That’s all you need to change from complaining, stress, frustration into peace, harmony and love. I often say to students that you cannot stay the same when you practice Kundalini Yoga. The very nature of what we do is to awaken the energy of consciousness, to practice in a way that sheds light on our self-imposed limitations, and invites us to think out of the box and raise our consciousness. Being aware and taking responsibility for one’s life is one of the main goals of a Kundalini practitioner.

You can do the simplest forms, such as breath awareness or simple mantra, or explore more elaborate meditations where there is a specific breath, mantra and mudra that all work together to balance different aspects of the mind and body. When practiced for 40–120 days, the result is pure magic.
