You know that smoking is not good for you. You’ve been walking around for a while with the thought of quitting. Only … it still hasn’t worked … Then this might be the time to make the decision and turn your body into a smoke-free HOME.
Participation in this training considerably increases your chance of stopping.
The RELIEVED program, is an intensive holistic program, in which you are personally guided when you stop smoking. It is a method that is very effective for people who have already made several attempts to stop, whether or not accompanied by regular group training or internet training, but where it has not been successful.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE!
We do this 12 week training together with others who also want to quit. All RELIEVED participants come together online every Thursday via ‘Zoom’.
In this way you help each other turn your body into a smoke-free home.
The training lasts 90 days.
On your stopping day you start a 40-day meditation, as your body needs 40 days to break with a bad habit. .
For 40 days, in addition to the meditation, you start positive writing assignments, which will help you overcome addictions.
In the group you can share experiences, find peer support and motivation to keep up.
After those 40 days we will evaluate your progress. You will be amazed how RELIEVED you feel.
After 90 days there is a return day. After 90 days your body has mastered the new habit and you have stopped.
Learning new habits require time and attention.
With this training we help you to stop smoking permanently.
That doesn’t happen in 1 day.
