Not only can it make you unhappy with your job and cause your performance to suffer, but it can also impact your physical and mental health.”

I just read that on the blog of the Balance Careers.

That is the exactly THE reason WHY I do what I do. As it makes me feel sad and at the same time very humble and grateful, as I see how important it is to teach people how to stay relaxed in an unrelaxed world. Growth of consciousness is needed. Different approaches are needed.

I personally have suffered from work stress as well, until these tools came on my path. So I do want to give you hope and let you know that there is a solution. It really is essential that you learn how to manage job stress before it leads to long-term problems from which it will be difficult to recover.

If you catch symptoms early, you can resolve problems before they lead to more severe consequences.

NIOSH points out that some of the early warning signs to look for are job dissatisfaction, sleep disturbances, headache, trouble concentrating, a short temper, an upset stomach, and poor morale. Also be aware of a change in personal relationships, increased use of drugs or alcohol, and teeth grinding.
